What do I upload?
One clear photo of the adult (18 or older) and one clear photo of the dog or cat. The adult must agree to the portrait, and you must own or have permission to use both photos.
What do I get?
A private watermarked preview first. After you pay, the digital portrait is a 4K file. The fridge magnet and the mug are physical prints that also include the digital file.
Can I get a refund?
Yes for problems: damaged, misprinted, or wrong items qualify for one free reprint or a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Personalized items are not refundable for a change of mind.
Where do you ship?
The contiguous United States only (48 states plus Washington DC) during this pilot.
How long does it take?
Production for physical items is currently about 2-5 business days with our production partner, plus standard US shipping of about 2-5 business days. These are estimates from our partner's current information.
