Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently deliver to the contiguous United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are not supported at this time.

Processing and production

Physical items are made to order. After you pay and approve your product preview, we submit your order to our production partner, usually within one business day. Our partner currently lists production times of about 2-5 business days for these items.

These figures come from our production partner's current published information. They are estimates, not a guarantee of a specific delivery date.

Transit times

After production, US standard shipping typically takes about 2-5 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping cost

Standard US shipping is shown on the product page and in checkout before you pay. For the fridge magnet, standard shipping starts at $4.50. For the mug, standard shipping starts at $6.49.

Delays

If we cannot hand your order to the carrier by the date we communicated, we will email you before that date with a new shipping date and the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.
