How One Heart, Two Paws handles your photos and information.
What we collect
You provide two photos: one of an adult and one of a dog or cat. Our systems temporarily process these photos in memory to create your portrait. We do not keep your original uploads in our own storage.
AI processing
Your photos are sent to OpenAI, our AI processing provider, to generate the portrait. OpenAI may retain the content it processes for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, as described in their policies. We disclose this because the provider, not our application, controls that copy.
Generated results
Your generated portrait and its high-resolution version are stored privately and only you can access them through your browser session. We keep results for a short period (about 7 days for unpaid previews) and then delete them. Paid downloads are delivered through short-lived signed links.
Orders and physical items
When you buy a physical item, Stripe collects your shipping address and email. Our application stores only a non-sensitive shipping zone (contiguous US), never your full address or email. We share your approved print file with our print-on-demand production partner to make your item; they receive your name and address from the order flow to ship it. We never sell your information.
Deletion
You can request deletion of your photos and generated results by emailing xzsjoy@gmail.com with your order number or result reference. Do not attach the photos to your request.
